I shared this with my sister; we like to do this so we can both try two items on the menu. We both loved it. The eggplant was cooked ideally, resulting in a smooth texture, and the tofu was made in a way that I had never tasted before; it was soft, almost creamy. There was a sweet taste in the sauce that contributed to the delicious flavor of the dish.
This was actually so delicious you can eat it in its own. It consisted of grilled eggplant, soft tofu marinated in garlic, spring onion and soy sauce.
