Gokul Raas veg on upper Dickson road has so many awesome vegan options!! Not just Indian cuisine like dum biryani etc but pizzas, burgers, Murtabak!! The works!! And all very reasonable ard $10 or less, good taste and quantity. Dum Biryani (mutton) very rich in spices and flavours. As can be seen, comes with a dal, papads, yummy pickle. Really enjoyed the dish! $11.50/
I should probably have read into this more before actually ordering it 😵 How did it not occur to me to check that a #briyani would come with its own proteins? 🤭 Check out the last photo to see why! Regardless, this was heavenly 😋 I haven’t quite had the time to plan myself a birthday celebration & plus it was raining all of yesterday so I decided order in 🤗 Also, we’ve been busy getting ready to push this out (still a work in progress) 👉 https://www.abillion.com/destinations 🎉 There are several dum #biryani options but this ought to be the most luxurious. In honour of Chef Samsuddin? I’m curious what the story is 😇 It’s truly a privilege in any case to be able to enjoy an animal-free #hyderabadi #briyani 🐑 Usually featuring #mutton they’ve done great lengths to pick a perfect replacement 🍖 Like that 👈 but without the murder ✨ It came with a small portion of #curry and a couple bites of #poppadom 🥘 I’d imagine this is a lot bigger in-shop but I’m very glad with what I got 😙 S$13.90 for the convenience of #takeout? Have been eating this Dum briyani for years…. Shrink, portion become smaller n smaller
Very fragrant biryani (again, my first time having it). Mom was surprised @ the mock mutton which was very flavourful and chewy. Great texture and flavors coming from the spices and ingredients.
Spectacularly delicious - well spiced, spicy, tasty. Good portion of mock mutton chunks. Portion size is just right for a big eater while smaller eaters could share. Tad expensive at $14.10 with service charge.
