So great to have a salad bar that includes hot vegan breakfast food, like these

scrumptious blueberry pancakes! I didn’t stroll into Down to Earth until about 11 a.m., so I didn’t expect to see any breakfast items still available. Lucky me—I got some major carbo loading before my tennis practice! Safety protocols are nice too. Customers don’t have direct access to the salad bar any longer. You tell the staff what you want, and they go get it for you. 🥞 🌱
