Doubles

So good! It tasted like fried pancakes and looks like fried eggs!

It's curried chickpeas with sweet and sour mango chutney over some chewy flatbreads called "barra". The flavours of each component seem predictable, but I promise you will be surprised by the symphonic explosion of flavours when you take your first bites. It's hard to choose a favourite out of the plantains, the Ital Stew, and the Doubles. But if I had to it would be this (Doubles) because the flavours are really new and surprising to me!
