Double Boiled Cordyceps Flower Soup w Peach Gum

My first thought was what a tiny serving! Almost $12 for this?! With a single #monkeyheadmushroom, a single #luohanguo, a single large mass of #peachgum (with some spinoffs), and admittedly a generous amount of #cordyceps flower, this really wasn't something that we could satisfactorily share among two people ☹️ It was certainly flavourful in all its herbal glory, which made the sense of "not enough" all the more poignant 🥲

Soup is neither too dense nor too light, a perfectly balanced herbal soup with rich flavors. My mum and brother who aren't vegetarian are both impressed by the dish as well!
