La mejor comida vegana de Fuerteventura. La tortilla era riquísima!

Finally checked out this cafeteria in Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands! Baobab is a family run vegan restaurant with good food and values. For lunch, they suggested us the dish of the day which sounded elaborate, and it was - poke style rice topped with brocco and pea, wakame and vegan salmon! Flavour and presentation 10/10
