
This is our pizza by default in Brussels. 🙊 Otomat serves a Belgian twisted slow food variant on the traditional pizza, and it does not deceive. 😎 The Dirty Vegan keeps an Italian tomato base, but layered with long slices of wheat meat, red onions, raw white cabbage, pickles and onion crisps, all topped with a savoury garlic sauce. 😋 The Belgian beer yeast used in the dough gives the pizzas a perfectly thin and crispy crust. 🤤 Cute presentation with a non-so conventional combination of ingredients, Dirty Vegan is a winner for us. 🏅🤎 #veganpizza #healthyvegan #seitanlovers #veganinbrussels

I didn't know what to expect but I was still pleasantly surprised. It was delivered cold (although with lovely messages on the box) so I had to reheat it in the oven, nothing was lost in this process. The combination of creamy sauce and cabbage in contrast with tangy onions is delicious! Together with gently spiced seitan and crispy thin dough this makes a perfect combination!
