This new Korean creat your own bowl (or signature bowl) spot is very vegan friendly. All the toppings are vegan and many sauce options too. Only tofu was the vegan protein option now. It tasted good and I liked all the toppings. I wish it was served hotter. And wish they had more than just one vegan protein option. But overall pretty satisfying.
