Curry pork chop noodle dry

I'm a huge curry fan, and this was no exception. The faux pork chop was tender, yet had a crunchy-katsu exterior to match the rich flavor of the Japanese curry. Great portion for price, too! Only drawback was the vegetables didn't feel like they added much to the dish. I would have preferred some bell peppers or onions to the dull corn and tomato slice.
