crispy aged tofu

I liked this appetizer so much that I ordered an entire second one for myself. 🤣 This fried #tofu had the best texture. It was so soft inside, but somehow crispy on the outside. The marinade was sweet, smoky and the jalapeños gave it a spicy kick. It was a generous portion size for an appetizer and only $7.99 I would definitely recommend ordering a few plates of these for the table if going with friends.
