Cookie Monster

Cookie monster is a classic flavour with nice cookie crumble in bright blue ice cream 💙🍦 good with waffles 🧇 which I also had with the white chocolate ice cream.

Classic cookies and cream ice-cream made with crushed Oreos and #sglocal @oatside #oatside #oatmilk. 🍨 Taste could not be faulted! The vivid blue was an eye-catching reference to the Cookie Monster muppet character in Sesame Street~ 🔵🍪 In terms of health properties, I wish natural colouring such as blue pea flowers or even blue spirulina could be used instead of food colouring, but I understand those ingredients come with a much higher price tag. 🙈 ($5 single scoop a la carte, $14 for I Am Basic i.e. 1 waffle with 2 scoops) #sgvegan #vegandessert #icecream #veganicecream

Visited Heartbreak Melts when they were having a 1 for 1 waffle promo 🧇 was immediately drawn to the beautiful blue 💙 of the cookie monster 🍪 ice cream 🍨 as cookies and cream is one of my go to flavours. I think it's artificially coloured but I don't care. This one is very sweet, significantly sweeter than the Thai milk tea which I also got. Hence I ate that first so I could taste it better. Went nicely with the vegan waffles 🧇 and had free maple syrup 🍁 this was yummy and pretty with lots of nice cookies in it. I love the heartbreak theme of this cafe, the self deprecating and negative tone is affirming and refreshing, a good break from toxic positivity. I was happy to see a little pride flag 🏳️‍🌈 at the counter for love and heartbreak is for all (see last pic)! I'm a bisexual but I'm bi myself 💔💜💙 so I shared my meal with the teddy bear 🧸 yes I ate 2 🧇🧇 and 2 🍨🍨 bi myself for my meal, this big appetite girl. I think their menu is all vegan or almost all vegan. Very cool cafe in the heartlands, priced cheaper than ice cream in prime areas with $4 🍦 and $6 🧇 went there a while back when I just shaved my head hence the bald pics. #ditchdairy 🧇🧇🍦🍨💙🍪

Tastes like regular cookies and cream but it made my mouth all blue. Definitely try if you are in the area.
