I love that I can get 3 different kinds of vegan momos on one plate with mint sauce and fresh vegetables as garnish. Secondly, cilantro is not in these momos. If you hate cilantro, then you understand how frequently you have to pass on dishes with cilantro all ready mixes in.
Cafe Tibet has been in business since 1999, but only in 2024 it transitioned to a 100% vegan restaurant when the original owner retired. Her nephew had always wished it could be a vegan restaurant. Now he is operating it with his wife as second generation owners. Finally his dream has come true.
