Delicious! This plate comes with two HUGE empanadas and a side of choice. The empanadas are filled with faux beef and potatoes and super crispy and delicious on the outside.

If you’re in Bakersfield, well I’m sorry, but if you do have to be there stop into Vida Vegan for amazing and original eats! This empanada was light and crispy and just oh so delicious!! Definitely a gem of a restaurant!!
