Coconut and Lime Cake

My 5 year old ordered this instead of brunch on Saturday even though I warned him it had lime in it (he’s not big on citrus, like me) but this was surprisingly delicious. He allowed me to try and the mix of coconut to lime was just perfect, and the cake was light but moist.
