Chopped Vegetables Fried Rice

I hate to be the person who reviews rice... but this one is special ☺️ a flavourful rice perhaps cooked in a vegetable broth 🤤

Not much wok hei but still fragrant and not to oily! On par with Din Tai Fung's fried rice.

One of my favorite dishes here!!! Simply LOVED 😍 this fried rice. Nicely flavored, lovely fluffy texture of rice. Went well with the dishes and it helps to eat the rice when the spice gets too much.

En un restaurante Chino no puede faltar el arroz 🤷 y este mezclado con verduritas estaba espectacular !

Not oily at all for fried rice which is good. While it's fragrant, more veggies please! Also love the grade of grain that they used - I'm really specific when it's comes to that because a lot of fried rice dishes use really cheap grains!
