Chocolate & Beetroot Muffin

No no no I won't try this again. It was just too weird. It looked amazing with the chocolate frosting, but it got weird as soon as I removed the wrapping. Grated beetroot pieces lumped together. The texture, the taste... I only enjoyed the frosting. Some of the seagulls enjoyed it though #reviewwithaview
