Chili Mac Attack

i really enjoyed this chili mac! my one critique would be that the cheese sauce itself was not that extremely flavorful without the toppings, but i loved the crunchy chips and chili. surprisingly, the chips actually stayed crunchy the whole time i was eating it (i would have expected them to become soggy, or even come out soggy worst case scenario). i was very impressed by that! other than that, the mac came out fresh and hot, and the chili was very flavorful!

Contains macaroni, veggie chili, cashew queso, pickled jalapenos, pico and tortilla crisps. I liked the flavors but I wish there was more of the cashew queso. The pico de gallo was a nice touch that made it feel more fresh. The dish was $14 which felt reasonable because this was a very large portion--enough for 1.5-2 meals.
