Chestnut Rice With Braised Vegetables

The soup was what I needed! Sour and spicy 🌶️ Can’t believe it’s a side dish! The chestnut rice was great but the rice felt sticky like too much water was used, causing the dish to have a mushy texture. I also love the combination of veggies. Big love for the braised tofu! 💗 The way it’s marinated makes me wonder if it’s even healthy 🤣
