Cheezy Nachos (Vegan Version)

Crazy good 😎. As always, fresh ingredients and all of the gorgeous colours 🙌🏾. The carnies at the table finished the Nachos. They couldn't get enough of that cheese sauce. I added Mexican Plant Chicken.

Incredible! I first tried Fat Cactus’ vegan cheese in a taco on my second day of being vegan and was blown away. It is absolutely delicious on nachos too! The nachos were crispy and and the cheese was so creamy. The guacamole and salsa rounded off this dish perfectly, flavour- and texture wise. I thought this was fantastic value at R85. Will definitely order this again! Excellent and friendly service at Fat Cactus 🌵🤩
