Charred Ricotta

OMG this was incredible. The ricotta, which had a smoky flavor, was topped with an apricot glaze. The flavor combination was perfect and unique!

The charred ricotta is delicious! It’s a perfect appetizer even though it’s a bit pricey.

SO DELICIOUS. The charred bread was so savory and a little chewy in the best way. The ricotta is amazing and creamy and was also charred with an apricot glaze on top. Happy moment for me.
