As part of the birthday surprise for #danielshubby, I booked this amazing "cave for two" experience with the Vegan Basket - Cesta Vegana - meal option. The first photo is for later in the menu order, but was so festive I decided to be the opener for this luxurious meal.
The starter was a #tomato #carpaccio with #cucumber and #papaya chunks topped with #organic greens and herbs from their own garden, dressed with a #mango #passionfruit vinaigrette. An absolutey fresh and tangy way to open our appetites!
Next up was a creamy rice with #pumpkin, topped with Heura strips and veggies from their organic garden including #carrot and #asparagus. Sublime!
Third was a paper-thin sliced #melon osmotized with #rose, #beet and red berries (first photo), drizzled with passion fruit coulis and garnished with #starfruit and #blueberries. This dish left us speechless and reveling in all the fruity contrasts delighting every tastebud!
Last of all, sumptuous housemade #chocolatetruffle, dark chocolatey bliss.

The food is delivered by a pulley system (seen to the left in outward looking photo), and a phone number is provided if you need anything else sent to the cave. A truly unique and romantic experience! 🥰
