Pretty good gobi manchurian for its price. Nice saucy touch too but crispy bits

Priced under $8 but that was a long time ago. Many f&b outlets in Singapore have begun raising prices even before the impending GST hike. Oh no, what will we eat when it truly lands? Could someone pls invent a mobile kitchen of some sort (sans COE preferably) ? 🤔 My first #gobimanchurian and prolly the last. This was done #alliumfree which explains how I got a chance to taste it though sweet (no spicy) on crunchy #cauliflower really isn't my thing. But that's just me 🙊 #sweettooth #lettuce

Tender cauliflower florets lightly battered and coated in a spicy zingy sauce along with bits of tricolour bell pepper, kind of similar to Chinese sweet and sour sauce since this is an Indo-Chinese fusion dish. Flavourful and addictive! Would recommend the Cauliflower Manchurian for those who prefer a softer texture, and the Mushroom Manchurian for those who prefer a chewy texture.
