CAST IRON CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
This #decadent #desert comes in a mini #castiron pan. It is a #glutenfree #chocolatechipcookie with a pinch of #seasalt which helps balance the sweetness and topped with #vanilla #oatmilkicecream. It was about an inch thick and between a cookie and cake consistensy. I think there were a little too much chocolate chips in there though and the chocolate level was a little overwhelming.
