Carrot Cake

The #cinnamon taste in this #carrotcake is pretty strong. I don’t recommend this cake for people who don’t like cinnamon. There are layers of cake and likely coconut cream, with candied #walnuts on top. Overall, not too sweet and satisfying.

So many vegan options at Prive, that you are truly spoilt for choice. I liked the creamy filling that keeps the cake moist enough, the walnut toppings is a constant winner when amplifying the taste. I wish the sponge itself had a bit more flavour to it, it was carroty alright but there was something that was missing - that I cannot point my finger to. Loved the eco take out with a cardboard box that it comes in. Kept the cake steady enough even after a long stroll through the beautiful botanic gardens.
