Another delicious dish I shared at the very pleasant Caravan restaurant in KingsX.
#spicedcauliflower was exactly
as described. The delicate florets of cauliflower were dressed with a pretty array of colours and flavours: #harissa #tahini #pomegranate #coriander and some unnamed black seeds. It looked like a culinary Mount Vesuvius and certainly carried a fiery bite.
There was plenty for two people, costing £9.5
and with a small plate of tofu each we had a beautifully balanced lunch.
It’s a large, lively restaurant where you feel you’re right in the midst of the city’s recreational life.
This Granary Square location is a nice area for strolling too. The canal is close by with well developed sidewalks and the whole area is pedestrianised with several areas to flop down on the grass (on a rain free day!)
