California Roll

Been here many times, each time trying out a new roll. This wasn’t on top of my list to try because it’s so common, but turns out that this is one of my favorites of all their Classic Rolls. It’s a relatively good size too, compared to their other classics. The shredded tofu is a great alternative to crab that’s traditionally used. Along with the tofu, seaweed and dab of shoyu, crab is totally unnecessary. I would have enjoyed a little cucumber in this, but still delicious nonetheless. #veganisnotscary

Wow! This California Roll was amazing, it shocked me as it tasted all too real, but it’s vegan and gluten free!
