Cajun Seitan

This Seitan sandwich had such amazing flavor and spice. It also came with their vegan cheese sauce which dipped in only made the sandwich all the more amazing. They really do pack on the Seitan as the sandwich was overflowing. I wish I remembered to snap a pic but this is now my favorite item on the menu after years of eating here!
