butternut squash and barley salad

This salad is one of the two plant based options in the appetisers section of the menu at the members room in the Victoria and Albert museum (the other option is a soup). This salad is served at room temperature, and it's delicious, cannot fault it, it has barley, butternut squash, onions, kale, dried tomatoes and capers. Very very good.
