Build-it Pizza With Vegan Cheese And Vegan Sausage

This was good, I was very impressed they had vegan cheese, vegan sausage, nooch, and vegan ranch. I got the marinara and the vegan cheese, but I would recommend just getting one or the other as my pizza was a little too liquidy where both toppings were since the cheese is a cashew based cream sauce.

While I was delighted to find these vegan options for pizza downtown, it was a big let down. The crust was nicely cooked, but the toppings were soggy, soupy. The vegan cheese could barely be detected. The vegan "sausage" appeared to be unflavored crumbled tofu. They could at least marinate it or use seitan. I could make a better vegan sausage in 10 minutes in my kitchen. While I appreciate the vegan options, the execution was a big fail.
