Buddha’s Feast

I tried the Buddha’s Feast bowl at Green Fetish, since it was one of their designated vegan options. I liked it but next time I would create my own bowl or swap out some of the ingredients, as I would prefer more veggies and I didn’t love the tofu. The peanut sauce was delicious though!

Delicious, healthy, and beautiful! The Thai peanut dressing sets this dish off!
