
Just wanted something super clean and healthy, so I got the buddha bowl, sans quinoa, extra greens. It was certainly healthy 🥬 🍅🥑 crisp, bright, fresh lettuce, toms, edamams, cukes, and avo. The flav was nice too with a bit of pesto drizzle. 😋 But overall the size was v v small and there were just traces of the smashed spiced chickpeas as advertised. Could have done with just more of it especially for $16 😶
Animal Liberation Kitchen set up a brunch pop up today in Toronto’s west end, where I live. So I attended and got this visually beautiful and nutritious Buddha bowl. It’s got organic red quinoa, roasted chickpeas, avocado, edamame, cherry tomatoes, beets, cucumber, kale, roasted red pepper spread, tahini chill miso dressing and lemon chick’n tofu. Absolutely delicious!!
