Buddha Bowl

I was surprised by how beautiful and tasty Modern Market’s Buddha Bowl was! It’s vegan, GF (it has peanut tho so pay attention if you have allergic reaction to peanut!). Every ingredient has it own taste: spicy roasted broccoli, cabbage slaw (my fav part), sesame glazed tofu, chopped peanut with peanut mango sauce. This dish is light but very satisfying. They actually have a few other vegan options on the menu as well!
