bruschette del non cacciatore

A Tuscan classic in its vegan version. The flavor was really si io ti the original, tha taste of “meat” was present and the vegan cheese was creamy and perfectly melted. The bread was toasted and gave the perfect crunchy note to the plate. Really recommend if you want to try an original appetizer :)
