Mozz, salad peppers, mock “chikn” (soy) and vegan “cheese” baked in a brick oven

a Smokey crispy crust. Green onions and lightly spiced as well. They make me a new creation everytime I come In. Although the place isn’t vegan completely, the family ago runs it is. I’ll post more of there creations In The future.
