Breakfast Sandwich

This was a good brunch. I will say that I can, and have, made this same sandwich at home many times before, so wouldn't spend the money again to buy it at a restaurant. But those crispy potatoes are great and I have not learned how to make those myself!

The breakfast sandwich on the brunch menu item just was perfect, and filling. Loved the sausage patty - made out of jackfruit. Loved the roasted potatoes as well, everything was absolutely delicious. #plantbasedburger #veganburger
