Breakfast Sandwich

Really tasty breakfast sandwich, I loved the sauce and the sausage.

VP did a breakfast pop up and I had the classic breakfast sandwich. The garlic tater tots were amazing. The sandwich itself was good but the bread was a little too hard (maybe sourdough is not the right choice of bread for it). Nevertheless, VP definitely needs to keep its breakfast a thing! I'd 100% go again and again.
