Breakfast Bagel

They do a few tofu scrambles on various breads but this one in particular has a gooey egg-style sauce, chicken seitan, vegan mayo and mustard. I’d say the gooey egg probably wasn’t necessary as the scrambled tofu does a good job. Of mimicking egg already. It ends up being a bagel full of mush. Still flavourful but would skip this next time. #veganin2020

Fresh bagel with scrambled tofu, chicken seitan, mustard and mayo. It was creamy without being sickly or rich. Very impressive!
