Bourguignon de seitan

diciamo che col classico boeuf bourguignon non ha niente a che vedere. manca tutta la cottura nel vino ed hanno messo il cumino che non ci azzecca niente. resta un buon piatto col seitan ben cotto, ma che non ha niente a che vedere con l’aspettativa che il nome crea

Seitan alla bourguignon squisito, come la ricetta originale che prevede funghi carote e vino rosso. Accompagnamento da un roti di patate. Piatto fenomenale.

Amo il seitan, cucinato così poi... Molto speciale il sapore di vino, buona la combinazione con la quinoa (possibile anche scegliere tra patate e riso).
