Blueberry and Vanilla Cheesecake

I loved the icecream because it had a genuine and strong vanilla flavour. The cheesecake had a good texture but the flavour wasn't very defined.. nor the cheese part nor the jam

WOW. Just wow. I had a momentary panic whilst eating this that it wasn’t vegan; they achieved the perfect texture and somehow even managed to create the subtle cheesy tang that the best #cheesecakes have. The sweet blueberries went perfectly with the cake’s other flavours, and also with the delicious vanilla ice cream (you could also get optional coconut cream), and I loved the crumbly base.
