BLT

I wanted to love this dish, because the cafe and the staff had such great vibes, but it fell short. The coconut bacon wasn’t very flavorful, dry, and fell out all over the place. The gluten free bread was pretty floppy and blah. The salad was nice and fresh, and the dressing was good, but felt like it was missing something. I feel it was pretty steep at around $19 for being so unremarkable, but I’ll gladly return to try some more items and support a fully vegan business. 💚 #glutenfree #blt

It was a really great sandwich and side salad! I was expecting a little more crunch in the sandwich but the taste was really good!
