Fried rice with black truffle was the top selling item so I had to give it a try. And it didn’t disappoint! The black truffle sauce was pleasant and not overpowering. The fried rice was al dente with a nice smoky aroma (aka wok hei). There were bits of mushroom and bell peppers in it. This version beats a lot of fried rice that I’ve had not only in taste, but also in price (RMB56 / S$10.28 / US$7.89) and dining environment. I was dining in one of the booths under a huge round lantern as seen in the last photo. #china #beijing #friedrice #truffle
😍😍😍😍😍 Two of my favorite things brought together in this incredible dish! Imagine the most perfectly tender, chewy fried rice with the tiniest hints of veggies, served with a big dollop of warm black truffle on top and then mixed together at the table to create an incredible aroma that fills the room! If you can picture that then you’ll understand why I went back and waited in line two times to have this incredible dish while I was in Beijing 🇨🇳 #sanlitun #beijing #china #truffle #friedrice #qingchunperma #bestof
