Absolutely loved this ravioli. The taste was like sushi and still not sure how they managed to do that. Also the staff is super friendly so that’s always an added bonus. Would definitely go again. #amsterdam #veganravioli

La prima pasta ripiena non si scorda mai. Recensisco questo piatto ma Hearth è un paradiso per i vegani. Questi ravioli mi hanno letteralmente conquistato il cuore, così come il ristorante in sè. Una delle migliori esperienze vegane che abbia mai fatto, in una delle mie città preferite. L’italianità (veg) all’estero, un grande orgoglio.

Without a shadow of a doubt the standout dish of the evening (and there were several fine contenders) ☺️ The #charcoal #ravioli were generously filled with some of the tenderest, lushest, umamiest #shiitake #mushroom you're ever going to find, and the #teriyakisauce provides an excellent backdrop while the #wasabi powdered mix of fried crisps and #sesameseeds wreaks havoc on your constitution 😛 They have a far wider starter menu and the main course picked itself for me. Funnily enough, for all the Japanese and Latin influence on the menu, the entire management and staff at this place is Italian. Accordingly, the hospitality is excellent 🙌
