Biscoff Cheesecake

I really wanted the peppermint tart but they were out. Head this was good too so tried it. Sadly, I didn't love it. The Biscuit base was delicious but the actually cake tasted too tofuy for my liking

Very small slice, but amazing quality and taste. Not too sweet or rich and has a great texture. Base seems to possibly be made of ginger biscuits.

This was not the best. Biscuit base was the nicest part out of this whole cheesecake. Filling tasted almost savoury. A strong nope from me.

Lovely consistency. Delicious Biscoff biscuit base 😋
