Big Papi

Our second stop. This place serves up great Caribbean inspired fare. We tried the Big Papi, croquettas, empanadas, and flan. The flan was amazing. Such a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect to find such a good consistency and flavor in a vegan flan. Delicious! #veganisnotscary

This consisted of a mashed potato ball filled with soy picadillo and fried to golden perfection. Served with roasted red pepper aioli. This was fun.
