Bibimbap

I love #bibimbap 😋 It’s actually kind of surprising I don’t have it more! Simple Lifestyle does this “one dish a day” kind of thing plus they only 2, maybe 3, days a week so this is a little hard to come by. I had it back in February and only just saw my colleagues have it again yesterday. Talk about #limitededition 🙀 They’re pretty generous with the #tofu and #gochujang and honestly all the components that went into this tasted real fresh 🥒 Would absolutely recommend throwing lots at this shop for a shot at getting this!

My new favorite spot for lunch! I LOVE bibimbap but struggle to find vegan spots. This place does bibimbap justice and comes with a little container of hot soup. Just nice for a rainy day pick-me-up ☂️

Delicious and nutritious, every component this bibimbap was tasty, well-seasoned and fresh. It’s right around the corner from the office as well so I’ll definitely be coming here again! #lifeatabillion
