Bianco wood fired pizza

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life and one of the best vegan dishes period. Super tasty, flavorful, original. We were sharing it with friends, so two pieces was perfect. Not sure if I would have been able to finish the whole thing by myself, it was very filling. Price was $30. Nic’s is an all vegan restaurant.

Melted leeks + roasted mushrooms + chives + black truffle vinaigrette pizza = major oxytocin release. It was a savory, truffled pizza. The crust was perfect for this type of pizza. There were perfect charred leek pieces that really topped the pizza for me. The crust reminded me of Pizza Hut pan pizzas, but WAY better! And omg who knew chives would be delicious on pizza. It gave a different light onion flavor. Anyway, obsessed. #truffle #veganpizza #vegan

The bread is delicious, the portion is great! It has a very rich flavor with truffle and vegan cheese.
