Benedict Florentine

Scrambled tofu, fennel seitan sausage, hollandaise sauce, spinach, all on a cruffin and a side of roasted potatoes. I really enjoyed this dish; the fennel flavour is quite strong so I'd go for something else if you're not a big fan of it. 14$ (+tax +tip) I was here on a Sunday at 12 and had to wait 45 minutes for a table

i’ve never had eggs benedict before going vegan so I can’t compare but these were awesome and i definitely want to get them again.
