Beetroot and wild Mushrooms Ravioli, filo basket, mixed leaves and lemon dressing

The starter as part of the set menu for Fridays supper club! The beets and mushrooms were just simply amazing rich and earthy, coupled with the zang of lemon dressing and delicate light crunch of the filo basket the dish was a taste and texture sensation, very cleverly put together! Genuinely 10/10
