Beef Teriyaki Don

so good! the vegan beef teriyaki was very meaty & tasty. the miso soup was light & soothing. the salad was pretty good too, topped with crispy fried vermicelli noodle pieces which i thought was cool! overall an amazing meal at wellness sushi - must visit vegan place in denver! 🍱💕💖
