BB Jackfruit Taco

Personally felt that this dish was mediocre. The bbq jackfruit should’ve been the star of the show here but I could barely tell it’s existence when I had a mouthful of every component, probably because of how tender it is. Though I really liked the sauces (sour cream and nacho cheese) and the freshness from the coleslaw. Perhaps the mushroom asada taco could’ve been a better choice given that it has a meaty texture.

So good! Loved it! Usually not a fan of fruits in food but they did a great job with this menu!

This taco was super good! The jackfruIt was covered in vegan cheese sauce, sour cream, crunchy veggies, and jalapeños, it’s a great snack or appetizer.
